Hello Shawn,
You have woven in your own experiences into your view of teaching—I enjoyed reading your ideas. I really like this part of your philos→ "Education is part of life, rather than just preparation for life. I simply can't stand the idea that schools are factories to create "better citizens."
You could expand on the section on Diversity- Also, you could write more about what science is.
Include a dynamite ending to this excellent start.
