Preparation

After I graduated with my BA, Ben Hirsch reminded me how I had thought about teaching when I applied to Cornell in the first place. I started taking extramural courses, applied, and matriculated as a MS student a year after I started courses.

Thesis

As an undergrad, I learned the numbers behind the obvious dearth of females in physics. My first purpose in studying education was to investigate the problem and the proposed solutions.
