They help announce prizes and grants on their web site.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The society publishes Isis, a scholarly journal of the history of science, and Osiris, an annual publication about research in history and its effects.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The society includes special interest groups, including a forum on Earth and Environment, a women&amp;#039;s caucus, and a caucus for graduate students and those starting a career.&lt;br /&gt;
