We have an offer from Donohue-Halverson to replace our 1950s boiler for our hot water radiant heat with a [http://www.weil-mclain.com/ Weil-McLain Ultra] 92%-98% efficient boiler. The new boiler would be condensing, sealed combustion, and optionally heat water in a domestic-hot-water tank indirectly. $7984 for the boiler install, $1745 extra for the water heater.
