Having traveled many times between Ithaca and High Point/Greensboro, we keep notes so we avoid traffic jams and other problems. Here's one way we've been enjoying:
- US 220 to I-81 (@Roanoke)
- I-81 to US 22/322 West (@Harrisburg)
- US 22/322 to US 11/15 North (@Duncannon)
- Stay on US 11 when it splits from US 15 in Shamokin Dam
- Go 2.5 miles
- Left on PA-147, becoming I-180 to Williamsport
- I-180 to US 15 North (@Williamsport)
