Piedmont Triad to Ithaca

Having traveled many times between Ithaca and High Point/Greensboro, we keep notes so we avoid traffic jams and other problems. Here's one way we've been enjoying:

1. US 220 to I-81 (@Roanoke)
2. I-81 to US 22/322 West (@Harrisburg)
3. US 22/322 to US 11/15 North (@Duncannon)
4. Stay on US 11 when it splits from US 15 in Shamokin Dam
   1. Go 2.5 miles
5. Left on PA-147, becoming I-180 to Williamsport
6. I-180 to US 15 North (@Williamsport)
7. US 15 to I-86/US 17 E (@Painted Post)
8. US 17 to NY 13 N towards Ithaca (@Horseheads)
9. Right on Green Street (After bridge after Wegmann's)
10. Merge onto State St./Rt. 79
11. Left on Mitchell Street (three way intersection half-way up hill.
12. Left on Ithaca Road
13. Left on Fairmount
14. Left on Elmwood
