Memory

The memory needs to be added in certain patterns. There are two banks of four slots, and, except for the 17MB configuration where 256K boards go in the first bank and 4MB boards go in the second, the larger boards go in the first bank. To access more than 8MB, use the 32 bit patch for the ROMs, which have some 24 bit code unfortunately. The patch is called Mode 32. See http://lowendmac.com/ram/se30.shtml
