I try to have something different for breakfast every morning. Here are some of the better meals.

Barbecued tofu and poblano peppers with grapefruit soda
Fry tofu in barbecue sauce, cumin seeds, and chopped, roasted poblano peppers. Have a toasted apple-cinnamon bun while cooking.
Maple-mangoes with banana yogurt on apple-cinnamon buns
Toast the apple-cinnamon buns, slice into wedges; heat slices of mango with maple syrup; serve with a dollop of banana yogurt, scooping with the wedges.
