- Barbecued tofu and poblano peppers with grapefruit soda
- Fry tofu in barbecue sauce, cumin seeds, and chopped, roasted poblano peppers. Have a toasted apple-cinnamon bun while cooking.
- Maple-mangoes with banana yogurt on apple-cinnamon buns
- Toast the apple-cinnamon buns, slice into wedges; heat slices of mango with maple syrup; serve with a dollop of banana yogurt, scooping with the wedges.
- Sweet potato fries and an egg with Heinz 57 sauce
- Banana yogurt on the side, or a hot chocolate.
